Create New Password Button Not Visible on iPhone

The button to create a new password does not appear when editing an entry on iPhone on v8.8.0(80800197). I have tried force closing the app but can’t get it to appear. Results are the same in light m...

If it helps, I’m also seeing this on an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 15.5.
