Credit card autofill does not work on fatburger.ca

It autofills the the credit card number fine, but not the card holder's name.

fatburger does use mobi2go.com so it probably affects a larger set of sites than what I am experiencing.

    I was able to reproduce and will file it internally for our developers to improve :+1:
