Credit Card autofill invisibly fails on Washington Gas (my.washingtongas.com)

- Opened and filled Home in an Incognito session
- Clicked [ MAKE PAYMENT ] which doesn't link to, but loads Make Payment
- Collected page structure
- Manually chose payment options in the form
- Clicked Name on Card field to offer Card choice from 1Password
- Clicked card to autofill form and OK in the modal to fill
This time it appeared that the form was correctly autofilled, including Month. Filling ZIP code and clicking [ NEXT ] and [ SUBMIT ] on the Review And Confirm page resulted in a successful payment.
Since the problem was not reproducible by me or reproduced by anyone else, we can conclude that the problem was gremlins and requires no further analysis.
