Credit card autofill triggered on non-payment page

Hi team,

When I fill out a questionnaire on https://t.maze.co/127863050 the browser extension suggests credit card in the autofill list.
Is there a reason this got triggered on a non-payment page?

1Password Version: 8.9.8
Extension Version: 2.4.3
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.5.1
Browser:_ Chrome

    Hey @helenyfung I was able to replicate the behavior you've described on your site and have reported the issue to our developers. There is certainly something strange going on with that field. Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the future.
