CTRL+O shortcut changes selected vault - Super Annoying

Thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry that you're running into issues when viewing login credentials in 1Password. Just to clarify, when you refer to the window in Chrome do you mean this:

If you do then pressing Ctrl + O from this pop-up will open the currently selected item in the desktop app, it won't expand the size of the pop-up. You mentioned the following:

When I press CTRL+O to expand the window, it changes my Vault selection from "All Accounts" to a random vault even though "All Accounts" is set as my default search

Does the vault selection change to a specific vault in the pop-up in Chrome, in the desktop app, or in both?

Can you also tell me if you're using long names for your login items? If you are then can you provide an example of a name? Would it be possible to use a shorter name for your items?
