Data Lost - Where'd it go? Buggy Non-Native iOS App

I've been using 1Password for longer than I can recall. I think I might have even written about it—there are so many articles I've written and it's hard to remember them all at this point. lol S...

I decided to try logging into the website, and lo and behold, I found the item and some others that went missing on the web app rather than a mobile or desktop app. I was totally unable to find them any other way. Why? This is unacceptable behavior for these apps. I went to ALL Vaults on the web. I'm really glad I was able to retrieve this information, but trying to find it was a pain in the B-hind.
