Date format incorrect when using "English(Canada)" with 1Password for Windows 8.10.80

Hi Dave. Win 11 desktop 8.10.80. Date format has stabilized as DD/MM/YYYY, but the system (and my preference is ISO).

PS: Android 8.10.78 still has a blank --/--/---- field for new dates but reverts to 2025-06-11 when a date is entered which is also a bit quirky.
