date format still a problem on Mac
On my 1P for Mac, dates can entered according to the region settings but are shown in US standard. The date 18 June 2025 is shown as 6/18/2025 on my machine even though my OS region is set to a Euro...

I wouldn't say the issue is 'fixed'. I am on 1Password for Mac 8.11.12 (81112026) and keep up to date with the betas.
"Currently, 1Password will uses the date format of your primary preferred language in macOS, which in your case would be English (US). If you'd like 1Password to use a different date format then you'll need to change your primary preferred language to something else."
Well this is the reason then, but, I think you should rethink this. As you can see above, I have my region set to Italy, and I think 1P should use the Region and not the language to define the date format. I use several languages on my computer, but English is primary. However, as I am in Italy, I almost exclusive use the Italian / EU conventions for date as that's what my environment requires.
I strongly urge you to consider linking 1P's date format to the user's Region preference and not to the first Language in a list of installed languages. I can't think of other software that uses the language preference to dictate date format. Date and language are not connected. Date format is generally connected to a user's location, much like currency or number format, whereas language is connected to a user's communication preference.
As 1P works now, I am likely to make errors in setting the date field in credit card or account expirations, and it happens quite often. I do not want to change my default language, system language, interface language, etc., in order to get the proper date format for my region.
Thanks for continuing to look in to this issue.

Thanks, Dave, for considering the feedback. I hope it helped. I have been relying on 1Password since at least as far back as 2012, and I appreciate the care that goes into maintaining the software.
