1Password TeamHey, @mikebore. That is odd. If you sign in on 1Password.com and find the items there, you can view the history of each item. I’m not aware of any known issue that would cause something like this.
Let me know if you find anything useful. We can look into it from our side but all we’ll see are dates, times, users, and devices. The actual item data is encrypted on your device.
