Delete?
My main point here is I should not have to come to a forum to learn what the delete command does.
You removed the trash feature in favor of the archive. I think the archive should have just been ad...

Open - Opens an existing item (depending on the app you are in (safari opens a file, pages opens a document, excel opens a spreadsheet and 1password opens a vault)
Close - Closes the item (depending on the app you are in (safari closes a tab or window, pages close the document, excel closes a spreadsheet and 1password close a vault)
New - Creates a new blank item (depending on the app you are in (not applicable in safari, pages create a new document, excel creates a new spreadsheet and 1password would be the Account > New Vault
Delete - removes a item (depending on the app you are in, not applicable in safari, pages removes and puts in the trash, same as excel and 1password would move to the trash
Archive - moves item to an archive placeholder (depending on the app you are in, these feature are not available in safari, pages, or excel, but are available in Mac mail or other mail clients and with 1password it would go to the archive folder.
This is how all the other apps work across all platforms and what most people understand should happen.
