Design dropdown list of search results

In the dropdown list of search results, the user name used to be displayed next to the title. Now the notes are displayed there. This is not useful for me, how can I reset this so that the user names...

I can confirm that what you're experiencing with notes appearing in the search preview next to the item title is a known issue which our development team is working on. I've shared your experience with them, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Once there's a fix available it will be listed in our release notes.
