Didn't get discount as a new user
Hi there I just created an account and still under the 14 days free period. I would like to subscribe for the Families Plan and everything showing that I'll save 40% but when I am up to the payment ...

The full price you're seeing when you signed up doesn't reflect any discounts (you can see that mentioned in the text underneath the highlighted yellow in your screenshot), but I'm going to see if we can make that clearer, because it's easy to overlook!
I had the same issue...it very clearly says I'll be charged around $72. There is a note saying additional members are billed separately...which is even worse as it seems as if the family plan isn't even including all 5? (I doubt this is true...but **bleep** the language is really bad.) There's 0 mention of the discount like I see in the screenshot above.
If the price is discounted, this needs to be clear. If 5 family members are included, this needs to be clear. As of now, I'm most likely going to move on from 1Password as this experience has soured me on this price. I don't feel like I can trust this.
