Do I keep both icons??

If not how to safely delete 1Password Version: Mac 8.4.0 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: mac os 11.6.1

Why is this as its not only confusing but I like to keep my applications menu carefully curated. I don't have an icon "1Password for Firefox" for example.
