Doesn't ask to remember new passwords

The program doesn't ask to remember new passwords that I compose myself. It does so so if I use the PW that 1PW suggests. I have the latest version and the browser extension is installed.
I have the slider for that function "on".

1Password Version: 8.10.5
Extension Version: 2.10.0
OS Version: Windows 11 v. 22h2

    Hi @Rickmanolio , thanks for reaching out!

    Can you confirm if the setting you're referring to is the "Offer to fill and save passwords" setting?

    With this setting enabled, when you manually enter a password, if you click the 1Password icon in the password field, you should be seeing a "Save in 1Password" suggestion offered within the menu as seen in the example below:

    If you click this option, a prompt should appear to save 1Password. Are you experiencing something different when clicking this, or expected different behaviour?
