Don't Sign In when reading 1Password web pages?

When I click on a link found in a web search, such as the article, 'How to Save, Share, and Manage Passkeys in 1Password', the link takes me to a 1Password page that suggests that I sign in.  This happens even if I am already signed in to both my 1Password account and the 1Password Community in adjacent browser tabs.

If I sign in, the browser takes me to my account page, and the information that I was searching for cannot be found.  If I navigate back to the informational page, by every means that I have tried, I will not be signed in on that page.  Clicking Sign In will repeat the loop.

Is this a malfunction in my account or browser?  Or should there be a warning message on these pages, saying something like, 'DON'T SIGN IN!  THE 'SIGN IN' BUTTON IS A TRICK!  IT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM READING THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE!'   ???

In general, it is difficult for me to find useful information on using 1Password from any sources.  I've been using 1Password for more than ten years, and every time I try to discover how to do something new, it is a long, frustrating experience.

I just ran into a related problem.  Watchtower warned me that my password for Open Library has been compromised, and that I should change it immediately.  I clicked on the 1Password link to take me to the page to change my Open Library password.  It took me to a general Open Library webpage.  I signed in, and 1Password again told me to change my password now, and gave me a button to click.  I clicked it, and it took me to another Open Library page, where I was not signed in.  I signed in again.  I eventually found the Open Library page for changing my password.  On that page, 1Password again popped up a warning, that I should change my password now, and a button to take me to the page to change it.  I was already on the proper page, but I was curious.  So I clicked 1Password's helpful-looking button, and was taken to a general Open Library page, where I needed to sign in again.  So in this entire process, 1Password never took me to the needed page, and actively hindered my changing my password, when I clicked on its warning prompts.
