Drag and Drop to Login Dialog

How do I drag and drop the username and password to a login dialog? I do not wish to copy and paste for security reasons. I used to do this in 1PW7 by pinning the mini. 1Password Version: 8.7....

⌘\ doesn't work.

So my workflow seems to be
1) Find the item in favorites and click on the URL
2) ⌘-tab to return to the item in 1P
3) ⌘-o to re-open in new window
4) Click on 1P main window
5) ⌘-m to minimize main window
6) Drag User Name and Password

Any suggestions?
