Duplicate item in Vault

Thanks for your message.

I understand that after duplicating an item in to the same vault and then editing some details of the duplicated item, those edits are only appearing in the item details. Whereas the item list contains the original details.

I've done some testing but so far have been unable to reproduce this issue. Could you answer a few questions to help us better determine why you might be seeing this behaviour?

  1. Does the item in the item list ever correctly update?
  2. Does manually locking and unlocking 1Password for Windows cause the edits to appear in the item list?
  3. Are you seeing any other syncing issues within the 1Password app or an offline indicator?
  4. What is the field type you edited that is not correctly updating in the item list?
  5. Is this behaviour reproducible with any other field types?

We'd like to do some further testing try and replicate this behaviour and report it to the team as necessary. Looking forward to your reply.
