Thanks for the reply. If you don't see "Items with duplicates" then it means that Watchtower isn't seeing an items that are identical.

The duplicates tend to happen when the website has multiple URLs for their login page. 1password will create a new login for the second URL and will want to create a new password as well.

Are you using the 1Password extension in Chrome on your Mac when these kinds of new entries are created? Or 1Password in a different browser or device? How are you entering your username and password into the other webpage? Are you copying and pasting it into the website?
