Duplicate logins are being created

1 year agoThanks for the reply. The thread that you linked to is almost 14 years old and refers to a very early version of 1Password that works differently from the current version. The advice in that thread wouldn't necessarily apply to your situation today. You wrote:

I'm not quite understanding how this happens since 1Password only creates a new item if you tell it to create a new item. Would it be possible for you to create a screen recording of this happening so that our team can take a look? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the recording, you can find instructions here:
