ModeratorI"m sorry that you're seeing a similar issue. We've only received a handful of reports of this behaviour occurring and the work item to investigate this further is still open in our developer's backlog. I've added your report there as well.
All affected users have reported better luck when installing 1Password from the Chrome Web Store instead of the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store. Since Microsoft Edge is a Chromium browser, you can install 1Password from either store. I recommend giving the version from the Chrome Web Store a try:
