Hi Mikefmiller,
Congrats on the new wifi setup! The process for updating your billing will vary a bit depending on how your billing is currently configured.
If you're paying through Apple or Google, you need to cancel the subscription first and wait for the subscription to expire before following the steps provided by Eero.If you have direct billing, you can skip straight to following the steps from Eero.
One detail to mention, too is that you need to be the family organizer to do this!
