Thanks for your message and sorry you are having some troubles with Quick Access. I've included our guide here, Get to know Quick Access.

Could you let us know if you are able to open Quick Access through the default Global Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Space or by right-clicking the 1Password icon in the system tray > Open Quick Access?
