You can find instructions on how to export your 1Password data here: How to export your data from the 1Password desktop app.

If you want to export all fields, make sure to choose the 1Password Unencrypted Backup (1PUX) format when exporting.

It's also worth mentioning that your 1Password data is being backed up (every day) automatically without having to export it: 1Password backups.
