Extension not working in Safari

Safari 16.6 with OS 13.6.3. I have removed and reinstalled 1Password for Safari and quit and restarted Safari. It simply isn't working. when I click on the menu bar icon i get the "oops" message. ...

I'm sorry that you're seeing an error message when using 1Password for Safari. As a first step, can you completely clear Safari's history and cache:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari next to the  in the menu bar.
  3. Click Clear History.
  4. Choose Clear "All History".
  5. Click Clear History.

Then completely close Safari and then re-open Safari. Do you still see the same error message? If you do then let me know and I can help further. 🙂
