Face ID is not working. [Should now be fixed in 1Password 8.10.0-52 update]

Face ID in 1Password 8 has been down for MONTHS. multiple groups of people have sent diagnostics, screenshots, and posted multiple times in this community to make sure the developers are aware of this problem.
However. Nothing has been done. Nothing has changed. And a lot of people are stuck using 1Password 7.
Please provide a timeline of this being fixed, otherwise a lot of people are going to start moving off this platform!! Which I hope doesn’t have to happen!!!!!

Using 1Password on my iPhone 14 Pro with IOS 16.03 I have the same problem. Every time I log into 1Password I have to type in my very long password, very annoying...
The new release of 1password version 8.9.6 for IOS does not work any better.

Literally been like 3 months. The safari extension doesn’t work and this problem is still not resolved. This makes no sense.
1Pass… it’s been real and your app is amazing when it open, but unfortunately it’s far too unreliable now.

Can you please provide an update for the bug? It's a pain in the ass to write my 1password over and over again. We have like 2 months with the issue

We believe we've identified the root cause of the issue and hope to have more to say soon, though unfortunately I couldn't promise a fix on any specific timeline. It is encouraging though that engineering now has a good idea of what the problem is and how to fix it.
