I think you could clarify what do you call logistical issue or roadblock, that will help a lot of people like me to figure out why it is taking so long.
Not answering this would mean that you have something to hide.
Everybody involved into software engineering topic perfectly know that such issue is and should be considered as a priority hotfix.
