Family account not synched

We have a family account, I use a chromebook to manage it so I use the private vault. I created a vault for my wife. She made a change to an entry in her vault (from her macbook) about a week ago but...

I created a vault for my wife when I setup 1password. I'm looking at the entry in that vault right now on her macbook and it has a change she added on 11/22/21. Next to her macbook I have my chromebook looking at the same entry in the same vault and it has the contents prior to 11/22/21, but not the changes she made on 11/22/21. I've had occasion to look at her vault fairly often to get a password for something if she's not around, so I know this has always worked. I'm stumped.
