Family Account was deleted

My family account was deleted and i cant log-in. It looks like my account never existed. 

I cant log-in to retrieve my data.

I lost a lot of passwords and card data.

I NEED to retrieve my data.

My support ID: 607158 / 606522

It seems like the support just doesnt care or works really slow.
