What do you mean when you say that you "use a family license"? Do you mean that you subscribe to the Families plan?
Stop sharing a single browser profile. While "because I said so" is unpersuasive, the list of actual reasons is far too long to even try to summarise. In fact each user should use multiple browser profiles to segregate their different types of use.
Stop using the same account on the PC. Reasons as above.
You will all need to do some work to untangle the mess you've made, but trust that both operating systems and software such as web browsers have been designed to enable users do all the things you currently do, but safely and correctly. We have been using them that way for generations (humans and computers) - even on Windows!
When you do this, the problem for which you're seeking help, along with all similar problems, will disappear.
While this isn't the ideal place for advice and tech support for things other than 1Password, and many other good resources exist elsewhere, I'm sure no-one will object to a few questions if you need help getting started. If so, then we will need details of at least your PC operating system. You can update the tags on your post accordingly.
