Fastmail masked email creation in iOS app
There is too much friction when you need to create a new login for an iOS app (not website) and want a masked email for the username. I understand iOS restrictions make this difficult but I should be able to open the 1pw app and have a button to generate new app login with new masked email and new generated password

This would be very helpful for me, too. There are times (especially when trying to improve your privacy by switching your online accounts to a masked email) where 1Password doesn't detect an email field.
This is fine; I understand sites don't make it easy sometimes. But the requested feature here to add masked email as a new field type in the 1Password app will let me not have to login to Fastmail and create a masked email manually. It'll also let the email be marked as a masked email (with the Fastmail icon) in the 1Password app.

Hello jasongordon! 👋
Thank you for the feedback! Generating a masked email alias from the 1Password app itself sounds like a useful feature and, while I can't make any promises, I've passed your feature request along to the team.
For the time being, you can generate a masked email alias in one of two ways on your iPhone or iPad:
- Using 1Password for Safari on a website:
- Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
- Use 1Password to create and manage Masked Emails in Fastmail
- Using the Fastmail app for other situations like creating a login for an iOS app.
I hope that helps. 🙂
