Feature request: Auto-lock even if computer active

I would like 1password to auto lock after the 1password window doesn't have focus for a given amount of time, even if the computer is not idle. I keep having issues where the screensaver/sleep fail...

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't locking as quickly as you would expect it to. As you mentioned, the "Lock after the computer is idle" setting is dependent on your PC going idle according to the built-in system timer.

It sounds like you might have an app or device preventing your PC from going idle even when you're not using it. I recommend reaching out to your device's support team, or Microsoft Support, to troubleshoot that further since the lock settings of your device itself will also depend on the idle timer.

That being said, I can see how an option for 1Password to lock when it isn't active (rather than the system) would be useful. While I can't make any promises, I've filed a feature request on your behalf. 🙂
