[Feature request] Block install from SYSTEM context

Please make the Windows installer context aware, and block installs from "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" / S-1-5-18. * Also if installing silently with "--silent". I've only tried with version 7 from foll...

I've let the team know that you're seeing issues with the "--silent" install flag, and we're investigating internally to see if we can reproduce this behavior.
