Feature Request: Character Counter
Some websites have different password length requirements. For instance, the one I'm trying to sign up for right now requires a PW to be less than 15 characters.

1Password TeamHey mgargan1, thanks for reaching out! I can certainly file a feature request on your behalf but could you tell me a little more about this? Where exactly would you like to see a character counter? You mentioned this would be used to meet website password requirements, is this for passwords you create yourself?
As an alternative, the Smart Password Generator in 1Password for your browser attempts to use a website's guidelines to generate an appropriate password, but that doesn't work for all websites.
In these cases, you can adjust the parameters on the fly with the Password Generator in your browser:
- Click on the 1Password extension icon in your browser.
- Select Settings > Password Generator
- Change the Type from Smart Password to Random Password.
- Adjust the password parameters to suit your needs.
If you'd prefer, you can set the Random Password as the default for suggestions.
