Finding out IP access to account without access
I believe unauthorised access has been gained to my account. I am currently unable to log in. Is there any way for me to know if my 1Password account is still active and will I be able to request acc...

3 months agoHey ZySync — sorry you’re going through this, I know this is a really unsettling situation to be in.
We aren’t able to look into things like IP access or login history here in the Community, and that kind of info isn’t something we’re able to share even through support. That said, the best thing to do is email our team at support@1password.com so we can take a closer look at things.
If you're looking to delete your 1Password Account, you can actually do that without needing to contact us.
- Go to https://start.1password.com/support.
- Enter your email address and select Continue. You’ll get an email from 1Password.
- In the email, select View my account. You’ll see a list of your 1Password accounts.
- Select the name of the account you want to delete.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
PS: This only works for individual, family, or team accounts — if this is a business account, definitely email us at the address mentioned above and we’ll go from there.
