Firefox 2.20.2 not working

1P thinks the add-on is not installed. I've removed and re-installed, confirmed Firefox and add-on are latest release, restarted everything. It shows up in the my list of add-ons, but not on the menu...

I'm sorry that 1Password for Firefox isn't working correctly. As a first step can you try the steps in this article: If you don't see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar

If that doesn't work then, to help me better understand the situation, I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing when you say that 1Password is telling you to installed the extension and attach it to your reply:
