Extension freezes on macOS

I haven't noticed this exactly on my extensions, but I have noticed that the browser has to be reset more frequently (Safari and Chrome) because the extension seems to freeze, even with 1Password Desktop App unlocked.

However, I have been seeing your issue on my iPhone -- more frequently than expected, I have had to type in my password to unlock, rather than biometrics.

    It sounds like you're using a Mac device rather than a Windows device and so I believe you're experiencing a different behaviour.

    I'd also recommend you reach out via email to to support@1password.com with a diagnostics report from the 1Password app on your iPhone as well as from the browser extension on your Mac device:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

      Thanks ChrisC1P​.  The next time I experience this issue, I will follow those steps -- I have an email draft started with the requested information.

    My 1Password app on my Android works just fine. I only asks for the password every 14 days. I only use my fingerprint to unlock daily. The issue is with my Chrome Extension which I use way more than my phone.
