get app icons from googleplay

I recently read a post about getting app icons from google play it basically said if you copy the app address then delete part of the URL then enter it displays an app icon which you can save for...

Hi keitht1958 !

Here's an example with the 1Password Android app. ;)

Right-click the app icon on this site and open the image in a new window / tab. You will get an image and the following link:

https://play-lh.googleusercontent.com/1B3zeZ8N50fwbYmq3WCEn9qDtsa6Jo19Ml8V5Ix6aUSNOLecgOf5IkWyyX43FFB9GQ=s180-rw

Now just delete "=s180-rw" from the end of that link, and you will get the app icon in 512x512 px.

Save this image and use it in 1Password as app icon. Hope this helps? :)
