getting message: "some changes could not be synced with other devices:?

Don't understand why I am getting this message?? What does it mean and how did it happen?. I have 1Password installed on my laptop and Android phone and on my husband's laptop and Android phone . . ....

I'm getting this too on my iPhone and iPad. macOS seems unaffected.It's a single item that hasn't been changed in about 8 months.
