getting message: "some changes could not be synced with other devices:?

Don't understand why I am getting this message?? What does it mean and how did it happen?. I have 1Password installed on my laptop and Android phone and on my husband's laptop and Android phone . . ....

Same here. A login that hasn’t been updated or changed in nearly 12 months. Displaying twice/replicated twice in items with offline changes not syncing. No problem on macOS. Just on iPhone11pro 1password 8.10.8. iOS 16.3.1

Tried deleting the item but problem persists. Hoping a fix is soon….
