getting message: "some changes could not be synced with other devices:?

Don't understand why I am getting this message?? What does it mean and how did it happen?. I have 1Password installed on my laptop and Android phone and on my husband's laptop and Android phone . . ....

After all the testing, the following solution works for me: Delete the "Recently Deleted" category and then reinstall. I use advanced uninstall, with registry cleanup. The problem is solved for me.
