I couldn't sign out of the individual account so I signed out of the family account. Now I don't have the option to sign into the family account. Only the individual. Now what.

ok, I got back in by doing the camera scan thing from my phone. But still just the family account. To log out of the individual account, it says I have to log in. So back where I started. Can't log in, don't have the password or secret code, I just want it to go away.

Hi StandUp1111, thanks for giving that a go.
As a next step, could you try resetting the 1Password desktop app? This will remove all accounts from the app and let you sign in again from scratch using just your family account. Once you've done that, if the individual account still appears in the extension, you should then be able to sign out of it there. I've included the steps below.
- Make sure you're able to log in to your family account at 1Password.com, and that your data there is complete.
- Download an up-to-date copy of your Emergency Kit, and fill in your password: Get your Emergency Kit
- Follow the steps in this guide to reset the app: How to reset the 1Password app on a specific device
- After the reset, add just the family account to the app.
- Open your browser, and right click the 1Password extension icon.
- Go to Settings > Accounts & vaults.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to your individual account, then click Sign Out.
Let us know how that goes!
