Having trouble using "unlock with apple watch"

I have 1password 7, and just upgraded to MacOS Ventura. I had never noticed that I could unlock the app with my Apple Watch: in the Security tab under Settings, there is a button that says, "Set Up A...

1Password 7 is likely pointing at pre Ventura location. Try System Settings -> Touch ID & Password -> Apple Watch. I'm going from memory on this one. I'm away from my Mac with the feature enabled.
