3 years agoHi, changed my account password and now I have a reconnect message on iPhone, but fails to do so.
No reconnect message on other devices, just iPhone. Internet is connected via wifi.

I think this issue is resolved. I added a new account and it recognised the new account name. Reconnect notice gone. Yay.

Is it because my iPhone still has Our Family as the account name and therefore fails to recognise the account changed on the website?

I also changed the account name from family to something more specific.
