Hidden "Last Name" field on delta.com

http://delta.com/login/loginPage uses an annoying progressively unhidden login form. The login requires three fields (Username, Password, and Last Name), but the Last Name field is initially hidden ...

Hey vqv ,

Which version of the 1Password extension is installed in your browser (and which browser are you using)?
Is there a way for me to see that last name field even if I don't have a real account to type into the initial two fields?
