Hide documents/attachments?
In 1Password v7 (and before), all the documents attached to an item were “contained” within that item.

1P_Ben That's very good to hear, thanks! In my mind, it's about preserving the expected semantics as much as possible from the previous version (i.e., attachments are associated with a specific vault item). :-)
