Home Depot-Citi Credit Card login website will not work clicking link in 1Password-

When i click on 1Password link to the webpage it opens to a page saying citi bank is having errors. HOWEVER, if i copy and paste that same link into the web browser it opens the HD-Citi CC page as it should and i can then click the 1Password dropdown to fill in user name and password. So for some reason if i try to open the login page from 1password it opens an error page for citi bank?
