Yes, the command is correct, assuming you are not including the double quotes:
You can

1) thanks.
2) I unzipped it and dragged the mrc-converter-suite folder to the desktop. the desktop folder is local. I am wondering if the format of the location that I am pasting into the command prompt, "cd %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mrc-converter-suite" is correct. - MrCSuper Contributor
@Lawson ,

If you click the 1Password icon on your Task Bar, 1Password 8 will appear and have the name 1Password followed by 3 pull-down dots:1Password 7 appears like this:

Did you unzip the .zip archive, or did you just double click it, and not drag the archive contents to your Desktop?Is your Desktop folder local, or on some remote cloud system like OneDrive?

Question #1 - how do I find out if I have 1Password 8 or 1Password 7 (1Password 8 cannot currently import .1pif files you say)?
Question #2 - the mrc-converter-suite folder is now on my Desktop, but when I paste "cd %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mrc-converter-suite" at the command prompt, I get: "the system cannot find the path specified."thanks

Hi @Lawson:
Great question! While we don't offer Avast Passwords import support directly, one of our fantastic community moderators MrC has created a tool that will allow you to import from many different password managers, Avast Passwords included: https://1password.community/discussion/101693/moving-to-1password-from-another-password-manager#latest
Just as a note, if you've currently downloaded 1Password 8, you'll need to uninstall 1Password 8 and instead download 1Password 7, as 1Password 8 cannot currently import .1pif files, which the importer tool creates as the final step to be imported into 1Password.
Please let us know if you run into trouble, and MrC would be happy to help you out!
