How can I remove all items from my vault and save them in a backup vault

How can I remove all items from my vault and save them in a backup vault. I want to put everything in a backup vault and bring back what I want. I am also interested in archive and could probably ...

Tags --I couldn't figure out how to create a tag in 1passwoed or how to tag an item. Ironically, somehow in the past I creared some tags. I have no recollection of how I did this.
