How do I clear icons in recent tab? (Previous support discussions not working)

My problem is identified in this discussion: https://1password.community/discussion/115403/how-do-i-clear-icons-in-recent-tab But the solution is not working, because I cannot find the ~/Library...

The folder should very much be there. For confirmation, which folder are you not finding exactly? Just the Containers folder, or are you not finding the entire Library folder?
