How do I create Passkeys?
Everybody talks about but I can't do anything about it. Does anybody actually know how to create passkeys? reliably I have created 1 or 2 accidentally but I don't know what I did to make it happen. I...

You can’t just “create one.” You have to be on a site that is actively asking for one at the time, and 1Password will detect that and ask to create/update your login for that site with the passkey.

Yes. Yes.
Take a look at 1Password's Passkeys.directory for a list of websites which support passkyeys. Be warned that a few of them will not work properly with the 1Password browser extension (yet).
Note that how websites use the passkey may differ. The good ones will enable you to use the passkey to identify and authorise your access, i.e. log you in, with a click. The other treat it as a second factor which you provide after your username and password.
